Dedicated to the legacy of Edward Stratemeyer, author & founder of the The Stratemeyer Syndicate which was a phenomenal entity in the book industry; prior to Stratemeyer Syndicate, children's series books didn't exist. Between 1905 and 1985 they were responsible for the printing of about 1,400 volumes of juvenile series books. Some of the most popular series included the Bobbsey Twins (1904), Tom Swift (1910), the Hardy Boys (1927), Nancy Drew (1930) and the Happy Hollisters.
